- College graduate, preferably with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
- At least 3 years work experience in the same capacity in a hotel industry
- With experience in planning, leading and executing the functions of Front Office Department
- Knowledgeable in Opera Systems and adept in Microsoft applications
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- Can work under pressure and long hours when needed
Sr. / Account Manager
- Male or Female, 23-30 years old
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in room sales in a hotel industry
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- With pleasing personality, results oriented and hard working
- Can work under pressure and long hours when needed
Front Office Associate
- Female, stands atleast 5'3" and Male, stands atleast 5'6", 20-26 years old
- Preferably with atleast 1 year experience in the same capacity in a hotel industry
- College graduate and is proficient in English
- With pleasing personality and excellent customer service orientation
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
