Prior to joining the Heritage Hotel, he served as Interim General Manager for Madoogali Resorts and Spa in Maldives. Wee's list of credentials further includes top management positions with properties in Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. Having travelled the world and having been influenced by diverse cultures, Wee intends to implement changes to further improve the performance of the hotel.
